Low Cost Digital Color Printed Realty Signs

Use multiple color realty signs to say more in a glance than a one color screen printed sign. And best of all, the cost is usually less than screen printing small quantities. Our realty signs are printed on heavy-duty aluminum material (.040 thick) utilizing the last technology of UV printing. We are using Raster Printer RP-720UVZ printer. The highest image quality at the best price performance available on the market. This machine uses six colors, including light magenta and light cyan providing the brightest reds and smoothest color gradations and details in highlight areas with an apparent resolution of 1440 DPI.

Environmentally friendly UV curable inks print directly onto virtually any media. One step printing requires no laminating or mounting and the prints are outdoor durable for up to 3 years. We pass the cost savings on to you and provide a way for you to increase your market share in this high quality advertisement media.

These yard signs are custom built to your specification. We sell the signs in two standard sizes- 18x24 and 24x24. If you have an existing sign design, there is no charge for the first time customer to set up the design in our system. Just send us the graphics you have and we will do the rest. A proof copy will be sent to you for approval. If you have samples of the sign, please send one to us so that we can match the holes and the design as close as possible.

Turnaround - Standard production time is 3 days after artwork & payment approval. Rush Service is available for the following rates.

Next day Rush $20 per piece if artwork is approved by 2:00 pm PST.
Same day Rush $40 per piece if artwork is approved by 11:00 am PST.

Ground shipments may take extra day or two to ship dependent upon production schedule as all packages with upgraded shipping take priority. Please discuss with us your particular needs so we can ensure that we meet your individual requirements.

Logos/Artwork -I f you do not upload your file, please email or send your image via floppy disc, Zip-100, CD or DVD-ROM. Your artwork will not be returned.  We prefer files in PC format. Images in RGB or CMYK color spaces are accepted. RGB is the preferred method of creating and saving the file. If it is AI, we have version CS1 or you can send as an EPS. If it is Photoshop, we have version 5.0 or send as an EPS, PDF, or TIFF. If it is in Corel, we CorelX3 version 13 or send the file in PDF. IF it is Quark, we need the file in EPS. If it is InDesign, we need the file as EPS. Please send images in EPS format with all layers merged. We will accept other file formats such as PDF, TIFF, AI, PSD, or CDR. If you have a proof of your artwork, please enclose for accurate color matching. Any additional Pantone® numbers will help in matching colors as closely as possible with our output device. It is important to create your file image full size. Please save file at 300 dpi at 100% of the original size. We will re-size the image for your project.

Proofs - We will email you with copy of proof for your approval. No work will be started until we receive email of your approval.

Guarantee - We guarantee the accuracy of your order as shown on the proof. Our banners are heavy duty and can last several years outdoors. However, proper handling, installation and storage are critical and out of our control. So we limit our guarantee to 90 days for any type of manufacturing defect or error.

Turnaround - Your banner will be shipped within 72 hours after the approval of your artwork.

Shipping Terms - Please specify which shipping you would like. Normally the orders are shipped UPS Ground.

After product has shipped, all shipping www.ayrsigns.company terms and conditions apply for lost or delayed packages. We will not refund the banner cost if shipping www.ayrsigns.company delays your package. Order early.

If product is damaged in shipping, damaged goods must be returned, and then replacement product will be sent.

Lost packages will be replaced after shipping www.ayrsigns.company confirms loss, this generally takes 7-10 working days after initial scheduled delivery.

Please order early as we cannot control delivery after your product leaves our facility.
